Sponsors are critical to the success of this event.

We believe sponsor involvement is crucial the the success of this adventure. There are many, many businesses that derive some of their revenues from the Umpqua River in some way. Whether a tackle dealer, a boat manufacturer, a bank or credit union or even a mom and pop store that sells worms to anglers we need your help and believe that we can help you in return.

Our plans include sponsor acknowledgement on all fliers, posters, social media and radio and television via on air interviews. We understand that your sponsorship requires our commitment to honoring our sponsors in every way possible. All sponsors will be invited to the closing event and are encouraged to showcase their products or services that day.

brand is about. This is your opportunity to talk about your team, your purpose, and what you offer.

Sponsors Can Take Advantage of A Strong Local Presence

The event is geared to the approximately 112,000 residents of Douglas County.  Great care was taken in making sure that this event would appeal to everyone.  The round-up is apolitical, all inclusive and open to everyone equally. Our goal is to make this an annual event that the community enjoys and participates in. We are working hard to have the best, most enjoyed and most looked forward to event in the county.

The event organizers will be reaching out via this web site, FaceBook, YouTube videos, flyers in retail locations, radio interviews, newspaper coverage, television news coverage and word of mouth.  We are planning on making presentations at local organizations and have accepted invitations to partner with other non-profits to get the word out.  Our promise to our sponsors and donors is that we will no stone un-turned in our efforts to give you the most exposure that we can muster.
